I’m Kevin Gisi, a full-time student at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, majoring in computer engineering and minoring in music. I’m currently employed as an application developer for the LTS – Web Development department on campus, and actively develop independent ruby on rails applications as a personal hobby, and on a private consulting business.

Over the course of 48 hours, I designed, developed, and deployed a fully functional Ruby on Rails application, which was then judged relative to 130 other web applications designed by teams of 1-4 Ruby on Rails developers across the globe. So2Speak was developed as a solo application, and took the award for “Most Innovative,” ultimately ranking at #20.
