Biography

I got my start in the design world when I was in 7th grade. A friend and I began making flyers and a website for a music group we were in at the time. It was then that I realized that music was fun, but I found the design aspect much more challenging and rewarding.

I then went on to make many more websites in high school. Most of these sites I can now look back on and wince at some of the choices I made.

In my first year of college I applied for a job as a student web developer for the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Here I learned web standards, database use, and how to effectively communicate with clients.

I am now looking at my final year of college. I am a graphic design major and have a great love for typography and design. I got my start in web design but I also do corporate identity design, and pretty much anything else.

Interests

I love creativity. I love to make pretty much anything but mostly just websites and print designs.

When I’m not designing, I love playing music, cooking elaborate meals for friends, photography, and learning how to wakeboard.
